KeinInternet funktioniert ohne jedes Konto. Ein paar Zusatzfunktionen brauchen aber einen eigenen, kostenlosen Zugang – jeder Benutzer richtet ihn selbst ein. Es gibt keine gemeinsamen Schlüssel und keinen zentralen Server des Projekts.

Grundregel: Schlüssel nur verschlüsselt auf deinem PC

  • Schlüssel und Push-Thema gibst du nur mit den Werkzeugen im Ordner sicherheit\ bzw. benachrichtigung\ ein. Die Eingabe bleibt unsichtbar.
  • Gespeichert wird ausschließlich verschlüsselt (Windows-DPAPI) in sicherheit\tresor\. Nur dein Windows-Konto auf diesem PC kann die Dateien öffnen; eine Kopie auf einem anderen Rechner ist wertlos.
  • Schlüssel stehen nie in config\benutzer.json und werden nie hochgeladen.
  • Schlüssel nie per Chat, E-Mail oder Foto weitergeben. Ist einer doch bekannt geworden: beim Anbieter neu erzeugen, alten löschen, neuen mit SCHLUESSEL-EINTRAGEN.bat eintragen.
  • GEHEIMNISSE-VERWALTEN.bat zeigt nur „vorhanden“ oder „fehlt“ – nie die Werte.

1. Warnungen aufs Handy mit ntfy (kein Konto)

ntfy ist ein freier Open-Source-Dienst für Push-Nachrichten. Ein Konto ist nicht nötig: Wer den Namen eines „Themas“ kennt, kann dessen Nachrichten lesen. Darum erzeugt KeinInternet für dich ein langes Zufalls-Thema – es ist dein Passwort.

  1. App installieren: Android über Google Play oder F-Droid, iPhone über den App Store.
  2. Am PC benachrichtigung\PUSH-EINRICHTEN.bat starten. Das Werkzeug erzeugt dein Thema, speichert es verschlüsselt und zeigt es an.
  3. In der App auf + tippen und genau dieses Thema abonnieren (Server: https://ntfy.sh, Standard der App).
  4. Testnachricht senden lassen. Erst wenn sie angekommen ist, schaltet das Werkzeug die Warnungen ein.

Weitere Empfänger (Familie, Freunde) bekommen mit benachrichtigung\EMPFAENGER-HINZUFUEGEN.bat jeweils ein eigenes Thema; ein- und ausschalten lassen sie sich mit sicherheit\GEHEIMNISSE-VERWALTEN.bat.

Optional: eigener ntfy-Server

Wer den öffentlichen Server nicht nutzen möchte, kann ntfy selbst betreiben (Kapitel „Installation“) und die Adresse in PUSH-EINRICHTEN.bat eingeben. In der App beim Abonnieren dann „Anderen Server verwenden“ wählen. Für sofortige Zustellung auf dem iPhone braucht ein eigener Server die Einstellung upstream-base-url (Dokumentation, Abschnitt „iOS instant notifications“).

2. Tankerkönig – Spritpreise (nur Deutschland)

Die freie Tankerkönig-API liefert die Preise, die Tankstellen in Deutschland an die Markttransparenzstelle für Kraftstoffe melden.

  1. Schlüssel beantragen: https://onboarding.tankerkoenig.de/ (Vor- und Nachname, E-Mail; der Antrag wird von Hand geprüft).
  2. Der Schlüssel kommt per E-Mail und hat das Format xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx.
  3. Mit sicherheit\SCHLUESSEL-EINTRAGEN.bat eintragen.

Hinweise: Die freie API ist auf Umkreissuchen bis 25 km und eine Abfrage pro Minute begrenzt und läuft ohne Garantie; die Nutzungsbedingungen von Tankerkönig gelten. In anderen Ländern fragt KeinInternet nicht nach diesem Schlüssel.

3. GIE AGSI/ALSI – Gasspeicher und LNG (Europa)

Gas Infrastructure Europe veröffentlicht auf AGSI die Füllstände der Gasspeicher und auf ALSI die der LNG-Terminals.

  1. Kostenlos registrieren: https://agsi.gie.eu/account – du erhältst einen persönlichen API-Schlüssel, der für AGSI und ALSI gilt.
  2. Mit sicherheit\SCHLUESSEL-EINTRAGEN.bat eintragen.

GIE verlangt bei der Nutzung der Daten eine Quellenangabe (GIE, AGSI bzw. ALSI). In Regionen außerhalb Europas wird dieser Schlüssel nicht abgefragt.

4. Lokale KI mit Ollama (kein Konto)

Ollama führt Sprachmodelle direkt auf deinem PC aus – auch ohne Internet. Für lokale Modelle ist kein Konto nötig.

  1. Installieren: https://ollama.com/download (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  2. Solange noch Internet da ist, ein Modell laden, z. B. in der Eingabeaufforderung: ollama pull llama3.2.
  3. Danach läuft alles offline. Größere Modelle brauchen mehr Arbeitsspeicher und Speicherplatz.

Neuer PC oder neues Windows-Konto

Die verschlüsselten Dateien lassen sich dort absichtlich nicht öffnen. Einfach SCHLUESSEL-EINTRAGEN.bat und PUSH-EINRICHTEN.bat erneut ausführen und in der ntfy-App das neue Thema abonnieren.

KeinInternet works without any account. A few extra features, however, need your own free access – every user sets it up themselves. There are no shared keys and no central project server.

Basic rule: keys are stored only encrypted on your PC

  • You enter keys and the push topic only with the tools in the sicherheit\ and benachrichtigung\ folders. Your input stays hidden.
  • They are stored encrypted only (Windows DPAPI) in sicherheit\tresor\. Only your Windows account on this PC can open these files; a copy on another computer is worthless.
  • Keys are never written to config\benutzer.json and are never uploaded.
  • Never share keys via chat, e-mail or photo. If one has been disclosed anyway: create a new one with the provider, delete the old one and enter the new one with SCHLUESSEL-EINTRAGEN.bat.
  • GEHEIMNISSE-VERWALTEN.bat only shows "present" or "missing" – never the values.

1. Alerts on your phone with ntfy (no account)

ntfy is a free open-source push notification service. No account is required: anyone who knows the name of a "topic" can read its messages. That is why KeinInternet creates a long random topic for you – it is your password.

  1. Install the app: Android via Google Play or F-Droid, iPhone via the App Store.
  2. On the PC, run benachrichtigung\PUSH-EINRICHTEN.bat. The tool creates your topic, stores it encrypted and displays it.
  3. In the app, tap + and subscribe to exactly this topic (server: https://ntfy.sh, the app default).
  4. Let the tool send a test message. Alerts are switched on only once it has arrived.

Additional recipients (family, friends) each get their own topic via benachrichtigung\EMPFAENGER-HINZUFUEGEN.bat; they can be switched on and off with sicherheit\GEHEIMNISSE-VERWALTEN.bat.

Optional: your own ntfy server

If you prefer not to use the public server, you can host ntfy yourself (chapter "Installation") and enter its address in PUSH-EINRICHTEN.bat. When subscribing in the app, choose "Use another server". For instant delivery on iPhones, a self-hosted server needs the upstream-base-url setting (documentation, section "iOS instant notifications").

2. Tankerkoenig – fuel prices (Germany only)

The free Tankerkoenig API (German-language site) provides the prices that filling stations in Germany report to the Market Transparency Unit for Fuels.

  1. Apply for a key: https://onboarding.tankerkoenig.de/ (first and last name, e-mail; applications are checked manually).
  2. The key arrives by e-mail in the format xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx.
  3. Enter it with sicherheit\SCHLUESSEL-EINTRAGEN.bat.

Notes: the free API is limited to radius searches of up to 25 km and one request per minute and is provided without any guarantee; Tankerkoenig's terms of use apply. In other countries KeinInternet does not ask for this key.

3. GIE AGSI/ALSI – gas storage and LNG (Europe)

Gas Infrastructure Europe publishes the filling levels of gas storage facilities on AGSI and of LNG terminals on ALSI.

  1. Register for free: https://agsi.gie.eu/account – you receive a personal API key that works for AGSI and ALSI.
  2. Enter it with sicherheit\SCHLUESSEL-EINTRAGEN.bat.

GIE requires the source (GIE, AGSI or ALSI) to be credited when the data is used. In regions outside Europe this key is not requested.

4. Local AI with Ollama (no account)

Ollama runs language models directly on your PC – even without internet. No account is needed for local models.

  1. Install: https://ollama.com/download (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  2. While you still have internet, download a model, e.g. in the command prompt: ollama pull llama3.2.
  3. After that everything runs offline. Larger models need more memory and disk space.

New PC or new Windows account

The encrypted files intentionally cannot be opened there. Simply run SCHLUESSEL-EINTRAGEN.bat and PUSH-EINRICHTEN.bat again and subscribe to the new topic in the ntfy app.

KeinInternet fonctionne sans aucun compte. Quelques fonctions supplémentaires nécessitent toutefois un accès gratuit personnel – chaque utilisateur le configure lui-même. Il n'y a ni clé partagée ni serveur central du projet.

Règle de base : les clés sont stockées uniquement chiffrées sur votre PC

  • Vous saisissez les clés et le sujet push uniquement avec les outils des dossiers sicherheit\ et benachrichtigung\. La saisie reste masquée.
  • Elles sont enregistrées uniquement chiffrées (Windows DPAPI) dans sicherheit\tresor\. Seul votre compte Windows sur ce PC peut ouvrir ces fichiers ; une copie sur un autre ordinateur est inutilisable.
  • Les clés ne figurent jamais dans config\benutzer.json et ne sont jamais envoyées en ligne.
  • Ne transmettez jamais de clé par messagerie, e-mail ou photo. Si une clé a malgré tout été divulguée : créez-en une nouvelle chez le fournisseur, supprimez l'ancienne et saisissez la nouvelle avec SCHLUESSEL-EINTRAGEN.bat.
  • GEHEIMNISSE-VERWALTEN.bat affiche seulement « présent » ou « manquant » – jamais les valeurs.

1. Alertes sur le téléphone avec ntfy (sans compte)

ntfy est un service libre et open source de notifications push. Aucun compte n'est nécessaire : quiconque connaît le nom d'un « sujet » peut en lire les messages. C'est pourquoi KeinInternet crée pour vous un long sujet aléatoire – c'est votre mot de passe.

  1. Installez l'application : Android via Google Play ou F-Droid, iPhone via l'App Store.
  2. Sur le PC, lancez benachrichtigung\PUSH-EINRICHTEN.bat. L'outil crée votre sujet, l'enregistre chiffré et l'affiche.
  3. Dans l'application, touchez + et abonnez-vous exactement à ce sujet (serveur : https://ntfy.sh, valeur par défaut de l'application).
  4. Laissez l'outil envoyer un message de test. Les alertes ne sont activées qu'une fois celui-ci reçu.

Les autres destinataires (famille, amis) reçoivent chacun leur propre sujet via benachrichtigung\EMPFAENGER-HINZUFUEGEN.bat ; on peut les activer et les désactiver avec sicherheit\GEHEIMNISSE-VERWALTEN.bat.

Facultatif : votre propre serveur ntfy

Si vous ne souhaitez pas utiliser le serveur public, vous pouvez héberger ntfy vous-même (chapitre « Installation ») et saisir son adresse dans PUSH-EINRICHTEN.bat. Lors de l'abonnement dans l'application, choisissez « Utiliser un autre serveur ». Pour une réception immédiate sur iPhone, un serveur auto-hébergé a besoin du paramètre upstream-base-url (documentation, section « iOS instant notifications »).

2. Tankerkoenig – prix des carburants (Allemagne uniquement)

L'API gratuite Tankerkoenig (site en allemand) fournit les prix que les stations-service d'Allemagne déclarent à l'unité de transparence du marché des carburants.

  1. Demandez une clé : https://onboarding.tankerkoenig.de/ (prénom et nom, e-mail ; les demandes sont vérifiées manuellement).
  2. La clé arrive par e-mail au format xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx.
  3. Saisissez-la avec sicherheit\SCHLUESSEL-EINTRAGEN.bat.

Remarques : l'API gratuite est limitée aux recherches dans un rayon de 25 km et à une requête par minute, sans garantie de service ; les conditions d'utilisation de Tankerkoenig s'appliquent. Dans les autres pays, KeinInternet ne demande pas cette clé.

3. GIE AGSI/ALSI – stockage de gaz et GNL (Europe)

Gas Infrastructure Europe publie sur AGSI les niveaux de remplissage des stockages de gaz et sur ALSI ceux des terminaux GNL.

  1. Inscription gratuite : https://agsi.gie.eu/account – vous recevez une clé API personnelle valable pour AGSI et ALSI.
  2. Saisissez-la avec sicherheit\SCHLUESSEL-EINTRAGEN.bat.

GIE exige de citer la source (GIE, AGSI ou ALSI) lors de l'utilisation des données. Hors d'Europe, cette clé n'est pas demandée.

4. IA locale avec Ollama (sans compte)

Ollama exécute des modèles de langage directement sur votre PC – même sans Internet. Aucun compte n'est nécessaire pour les modèles locaux.

  1. Installation : https://ollama.com/download (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  2. Tant qu'Internet est disponible, téléchargez un modèle, p. ex. dans l'invite de commandes : ollama pull llama3.2.
  3. Ensuite, tout fonctionne hors ligne. Les modèles plus grands demandent plus de mémoire et d'espace disque.

Nouveau PC ou nouveau compte Windows

Les fichiers chiffrés ne peuvent volontairement pas y être ouverts. Relancez simplement SCHLUESSEL-EINTRAGEN.bat et PUSH-EINRICHTEN.bat, puis abonnez-vous au nouveau sujet dans l'application ntfy.
